HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET NEW SIDING INSTALLED ON MY ENTIRE HOUSE?

Replacing new siding is a big project that usually take about a week on a standard-sized home. However, one week of time will provide you with many years of maintenance free enjoyment.

THERE IS A LEAK IN ON THE WALLS AND CEILING IN OUR LIVING ROOM. CAN YOU COME OUT TO DETERMINE IF IT IS THE ROOF OR THE SIDING? AND THEN REPAIR WHICHEVER IT IS?

Yes, we can come out to assess the situation and provide a free estimate.

THE GRILL GOT TOO CLOSE TO THE SIDING AND WARPED SEVERAL PIECES. CAN YOU REPLACE IT?

All Iowa Construction can easily replace vinyl siding. The most difficult part of this process is finding a good match in siding product and color to your existing siding. Contact us and we will come out and take a look at the area that needs repair and the siding currently on your home.

SOME OF OUR WINDOWS ARE GETTING LOOSE AND MOLDY AROUND THE EDGES. WE ARE AFRAID THEY MAY FALL OUT. CAN YOU REPAIR THEM?

We would be happy to inspect your windows. We will need to assess each window individually to determine next steps. We will certainly be able to repair some windows, while others, based on damage, window type, parts available, etc., may need to be replaced.

WHAT CAN WE DO TO PROTECT OUR EXISTING SIDING TO EXTEND ITS LIFE?

The best thing you can do to protect your siding is to cut back trees and bushes that may be growing up to it and rubbing against it. Also, regularly paint wood, LP, and hardie siding to keep out moisture.

HOW LONG WILL ALL NEW SIDING TYPICALLY LAST?

Well maintained, lap (painted) or vinyl siding can typically last for 30-40 years. Similar to your roof, the actual lifespan of siding will also be impacted by the elements.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON WINDOWS, SIDING, CONCRETE OR INSTALLATION?

Yes, All Iowa Construction offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on installation of windows, siding and concrete. Our team will also work with the specific product manufacturer to follow its warranty plan for the duration of your new windows or siding.

CAN YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE OUR FRONT STEPS, WHICH ARE CEMENT?

Yes, All Iowa Construction repairs and replaces front steps and stoops.

CAN YOU LIFT UP OUR DRIVEWAY IN SPOTS WHERE IT IS SINKING?

We do not “mud jack” sunken concrete, as this process does not solve the underlying problem and is only a short-term fix. Our team will be happy to inspect your concrete and prepare a plan and estimate to remove the sunken piece and install new concrete that will be designed to withstand the shifting soil.
